High Quality Delivery: High Quality PNG image / file without the watermark.
Background Policy: Simple background or none. (I do not offer complex or specific backgrounds of your choice!)

Payment Terms: All payments upfront in full or agreed milestone via VGen, PayPal, GCash, or Ko-fi.
Personal Use Only: Free for personal display, avatars, banners, and prints with credit to @syrupynut.
Zero AI / NFTs: Strictly prohibited from AI dataset scraping, training, or NFT minting.

DO: OCs, fanart (game, anime, or fictional characters), yumeship/ship, light gore (minor blood, scratches).
DONT: R18/NSFW • Mecha • Real people • Elderly • Furries • Hate content.
Weakness: Overly detailed characters • Curly hairs (may require simplification).
Artist Rights: I reserve the right to decline any commission outside my skills or comfort level.

Tiered Refunds: 100% if unstarted or artist cancels • 50% during sketch • 0% after sketch is approved.
Chargebacks & Fraud: Strictly prohibited. Chargebacks forfeit all art rights and result in a permanent public blacklist.
Communication: Workflow and progress updates via VGen or Discord (@syrupynut).
Portfolio Display: I retain full rights to showcase the artwork with credit for portfolio and self-promotion.
Final Agreement: Commissioning signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.
